🏙️ Delighted to be able to take handover last week of 73 new apartments, available through the Rent to Buy tenure, at King Street West, Stockport for Great Places Housing Group and Plumlife Homes.
It certainly looks very different to the car wash located here prior to our planning submission in late 2022.
The delivered scheme is a testament to the entire project team’s dedication and hard work over the past 2-3 years in accomplishing this end result. The design and build of an apartment project of this scale on a tight site such as King St West presents many challenges and despite all the complexity the completed building is a credit to everyone who has been involved in the delivery within HARGREAVES CONTRACTING LTD, Bowker Sadler,KGA (UK) Ltd, Shape Consulting Engineers, and all the sub-contractors.

Everyone who has visited the scheme on the run up to handover has praised the design and quality of the finished building and Plumlife Homes are looking forward to now moving the first customer’s into their apartments from 1 August.
