Markhams is first and foremost an Employer’s Agent in housing, specialising in providing services to housing associations. We do not dilute our service or confuse our role by offering a wide range of services in other areas.
We have no input into our business from other departments or disciplines which could compromise our goal of providing the best Employer’s Agent Service. This independence from any external pressure is unusual. It means that at Markhams we act completely and always in the best interest of our client and their project.
All our directors are Employer’s Agents; all have very extensive experience.
All associate directors and surveyors at Markhams either provide Employer’s Agents services or assist in doing so. Even principal designer services are undertaken by Employer’s Agents who are also competent to carry out this role.
