  I have recently completed two very difficult schemes with Markhams and thoroughly enjoyed working with Kevin and Markhams on both projects. The projects have not been without their difficulties and Kevin has been adept in his approach and resolving any issues that have occurred, diplomatically.   Town Lane, Kew has been a particularly difficult scheme across 7 years with a wide range of issues and has not been easy to manage. Kevin has helped to make this process a lot smoother and assist with many difficulties, providing solutions and advice. It has been great working with Kevin on this scheme.

  Broadway has been a difficult site with planning issues, weather and ground/drainage causing delays. This scheme has required a lot of contract management, negotiations to maintain relationships whilst keeping costs down and managing EOT. Kevin has done a great job at this whilst keeping a team repour, and achieving some great end results. Massive thanks !
