Markhams delivered an excellent service as EA and H&S advisor on Langley Road. The project was well managed, responses to client issues were dealt with quickly and the developer chased for responses and challenged when required. Programme and handovers were managed well and communication with the project/site team was strong throughout. A Post Completion Meeting is to be arranged in Feb 19 with Markhams and CP to build on the successes of the project and take forward learning to our next phase of CP schemes.
