The refurbishment of the existing property on Alexandra Drive had a number of complications due to the nature of the building and the sales specification the deal was based on.

Town Lane, Kew has been a particularly difficult scheme across 7 years with a wide range of issues and has not been easy to manage. Broadway has been a difficult site with planning issues, weather and ground/drainage causing delays. This scheme has required a lot of contract management, negotiations to maintain relationships whilst keeping costs down and managing EOT.
