It was fantastic to be involved in the recent Golden Brick ceremony for 295 affordable homes at Moss Nook Phase 3, St Helens for Torus
A key milestone coming up to one year after executing the JCT Building Contract.
Since commencing works on site in January 2025, Contractor Watkin Jones Group have progressed the vast infrastructure and substructure works elements at pace, enabling the first superstructure brick to be officially laid this month.
The Project/Delivery team are looking to capitalise on the excellent progress made so far and drive towards first handovers of completed homes in Summer 2026.
