Liverpool City Council have granted planning approval for the regeneration of Grove Street.
Markhams Ltd will act as Employer’s Agent for The Regenda Group and will work alongside M&Y Maintenance and Construction, the Principal contractor, for the site.
The Grove Street project secures the long-term future of the existing community and provides new multi-tenure housing with high quality streets and open spaces homes.
The area close to Liverpool University, the Women’s Hospital and the Knowledge Quarter, and is a great example of placemaking, with a range of tenures to suit local need.
