Scheme Details: The Lowlands is a 19th Century Grade II listed detached mansion situated within its’ own Victorian woodland garden and is home to the West Derby Community Association.
The works included extensive refurbishment, renovation and renewal which were funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, other major charities and individuals. The buildng has been returned to its’ early Victorian appearance and features authentic external and interior colour schemes. In addition, the mansion has been brought up to 21st century standard with a lift and other facilities for disabled people.
